As project calculator, you work for the execution department and correctly budget all modifications, additional works and damages that exist during execution. You typically make about 3-5 project calculations per day.

Your duties will include the following:

- you work closely with the work preparation departments, stability, architect or design office to gather the right info for your dossier

- checking with the builder whether he understands detailed unit prices relating to the construction project

- requesting quotes from suppliers and subcontractors

- Preparation of the complete project calculations with accompanying texts and delivery to the right parties

We are looking for someone with good construction knowledge for this vacancy:

- Bachelor or master's degree in architecture

- Do you have experience on site but are more likely to be looking for a support role now? Then you are also eligible!

- Strong analytical and numerical skills

- You can handle a lot of responsibility as around 10% of the annual company turnover comes from your work as project calculator
