Production assistant SME Insurance

Within this office in the Kapellen region, you will fulfil the role of Production Assistant SME Insurance. In doing so, the following tasks are part of your responsibilities:

• You will act as one of the points of contact for SME clients within the office.
• Drafting insurance policies is part of your duties.
• You will conduct negotiations with insurance companies to provide optimal service to your clients and obtain the best insurance terms.
• Clients are informed by you of any changes in their files.
• Both by phone and in person, as well as via e-mail, you will liaise with customers.
• You ensure that the required records are always up to date.

To take up the role in the Kapellen area office, we are looking for someone who fits the following characteristics:

• You have a bachelor's or master's degree in a financial or relevant field.
• On the other hand, if you already have experience in a similar role within insurance, even without a relevant degree, we also welcome your application!
• You are familiar with the world of technical insurance.
• Customer contact energises you, and you enjoy finding the best solutions for your customers.
• You work in an organised and structured manner.
• Teamwork is something you thrive on.
• You are comfortable with the Office package, and knowledge of Brio is a nice asset.
• You are fluent in Dutch, as well as having a more than adequate command of English.

You will join a family office that has been established for several generations. They have both private and SME clients. As a new associate, you will mainly be employed within the corporate segment.
