Function

As an insurance claims and/or production assistant, you will be responsible for handling claims files and/or supporting colleagues'in the production team. You will ensure that all cases are handled carefully and efficiently, so that all customers can count on a fast and correct service.

- Advising clients on various insurance products, both personal and business.
- Drafting and managing insurance policies.
- Maintaining customer relations and providing excellent service.
- Keeping track of market developments and adapting advice based on new insights.
Profile
To be considered for this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills:
- A completed Bachelor's degree (preferably Finance and Insurance) or equivalent through experience.
- Demonstrable work experience in a similar position is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Analytical ability and attention to detail.
- Good command of the Dutch language.
- Proactive attitude and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of insurance and claims processes is a plus.
