Job description
In the Product Specialist position, you are responsible for achieving sales and margin targets within your product specialism in the assigned region(s). You will follow up on leads, create opportunities and maintain a high frequency of visits to customers and prospects. Through your passion and in-depth knowledge of your product group, you are familiar with and apply relevant laws and regulations. - Liaise with suppliers to facilitate enquiries from the region
- Advise on commercially necessary and desirable stocks within the region
- Implement innovations in products, systems and services within the region
- Record visit reports, reports and other relevant data in the SAP and/or CRM system
- Keeping abreast of the latest techniques and newest products by participating in presentations, training courses and trade fairs
Profile
Job requirements
- At least a Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical or commercial field
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a similar position
- Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English
- Commercial insight and result-orientation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with SAP and CRM systems is a plus
- Customer focus and proactive attitude
- Team player with good collaboration skills
