Technical Sales Engineer

What will you do?

• You are the medium between the client and the project engineer: the trick is to turn technical and complex price requests into detailed, engaging quotation
• Your contacts closely with suppliers, colleagues'in the purchasing department, field sales agents, logistics, engineering,...
• After finalisation of the offer, you will work together with a technical expert or sales manager on site at the customer's premises.
• You will receive the quote defend and technically explain. Furthermore, you will participate in the commercial negotiations. This means that you will occasionally work (inter-)nationally travel.
• After sales: for your fellow Project Engineer, you are the point of contact, when he will coordinate the project in the implementation phase.

What makes you the right person for this role?

• You have a Master's degree in industrial engineering or a Bachelor in a relevant technical field with at least initial work experience
• You have the drive, a proactive work attitude and are technically strong
• You have analytical thinking skills
• You speak fluent Dutch and English. German and/or French is a plus
