As an Insurance Receptionist at our client's office, you will be the first point of contact for customers. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing appointments and supporting the insurance advisers.

Some of your tasks:

  • Welcoming and guiding visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answering incoming calls and transferring them correctly.

Profile

We are looking for a motivated and service-oriented Receptionist with the following qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Customer-friendly, welcoming and a positive outlook.
  • Good organisational skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and administrative systems.
  • Fluent in Dutch, both verbal and written.
  • Willing to learn and develop themselves within the insurance industry.
