Function

In this varied position, you will be responsible for the following tasks in collaboration with the external accounting firm:


  • General accounting from A to Z for two firms: entering purchase and sales invoices and financial transactions.
  • Preparation for year-end closing.
  • Debtor and creditor management: monitoring payments and making payments.
  • Preparation of VAT and other legal returns, such as the intra-community declaration and the intrastat declaration.
  • Payroll administration of blue-collar and white-collar workers for +/-25 employees.
  • Contacts with external partners, such as the social secretariat and insurance companies, are through you.
  • You will report directly to the C.E.O.


Profile

  • You have at least 3 years' experience within a similar accounting function. Experience with personnel administration is a plus, but certainly not a must; this can be taught.
  • You are someone with responsibility who is always punctual and precise.
  • You are reliable and always handle confidential information with discretion.
  • You can express yourself well in Dutch, both orally and in writing.
