Function
- Organising rapid intervention in the event of breakdowns and following up works and coordinating preventive maintenance, repairs and installations
- Directly managing 8 technicians
- Working out minor and major improvements in consultation with the maintenance manager and production management

- Possess a Bachelor degree in electromechanics or equivalent through experience
- Has good communication and leadership skills and knows how to motivate employees
- Has strong organisational skills and a good technical understanding; problem-solving is a challenge
- Has an eye for safety, quality and order and cleanliness
- Is flexible to work outside normal hours in case of breakdowns/faults and regularly on Saturdays for preventive maintenance
- Works with administrative accuracy and is fluent in Microsoft Office, also has experience with SAP and quickly masters other software
