Manager projects and maintenance

• Manage requests from the department for maintenance and improvement works on production facilities and take into account safety, quality, duration and cost in planning and execution.
• Pull projects on plant improvements and renewals in cooperation with the process engineer and production manager and, if necessary, with external firms.
• Tracking and managing change and wear parts for production.
• Manage, coach and motivate the maintenance department, about 8 employees with support from a master guest maintenance.
• Preparation and management of technical documentation.
• Elaborate safety regulations, work instructions and procedures in close consultation with the HSE department.
• Reports to the department manager.

• Possesses a degree in industrial engineering.
• Has leadership experience and People management skills.
• Also has experience in project management.
• Possesses a hands-on mentality.
• Has an eye for safety, productivity and quality.
• Strives for continuous improvement and is innovation-oriented.
• Can independently set the right priorities and knows how to organise work optimally.
• Experience with a maintenance information system is a plus.
• Is a team player with persuasiveness and with good communication skills to work with managers and production staff; fluency in Dutch and English is required.
