As a Field Service Engineer with our partner, you will play a key role in maintaining and repairing advanced equipment. Your duties will include:

• Complete quality repairs to equipment.
• Communicate with engineers at other sites in case of problems.
• Perform retrofits and assist with process issues.
• Responsible for customer satisfaction and relationship management.
• Compliance with all safety procedures.
• Provide support to customer sites, both on-site and remotely.

Our partner is a leading global company providing innovative equipment, services and software for the manufacture of semiconductors, flat panel displays and photovoltaic (solar) cells. 

We are looking for a Field Service Engineer with the following qualifications:

• At least a Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline.
• 0-3 years' work experience, preferably in a technical environment.
• Knowledge of semiconductor industry and CMP systems is a plus.
• Ability to be influential and build good working relationships.
• Process optimisation and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel in Europe up to 50% of the time.
