Function

As a (Field) Service Engineer, you will:

  • Complete repairs and commissioning of equipment, addressing issues with remote engineers and participating in escalation calls.
  • Perform retrofits and assist with process issues.
  • Maintain full customer satisfaction and excellent relations.
  • Follow all safety procedures, demonstrating safety as a core value.
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment on-site.
  • Provide technical support and training to customers.
  • Document service activities and ensure timely communication with stakeholders.

Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific field or engineering.
  • Proven hands-on experience in electrical and/or electronic work, mechanical experience is a plus.
  • Experience and/or interest in working on highly technological machinery.
  • Experience in the semiconductor industry experience is plus.
  • Ability to work independently and establish excellent relationships.
  • Innovative problem-solving skills and process improvement capabilities.
  • Willingness to travel abroad for 20 - 50% of the time.
  • Professional working proficiency in English.
