For this vacancy as calculator/work planner, your function will be as follows:

• For the calculation, you will be responsible for the calculation of tenders and works in progress. This will be for roof structures, wall cladding, windows and doors, interior doors and stairs.
• You will work on the basis of a price book which contains all the rates that you can use for the calculation.
• 20% will be calculated manually.

• For the work preparation, you will be responsible for drawing up technical sheets according to the specifications.

Our client is a joinery active in all interior and exterior joinery work in the region of Houthulst. Today, they have 10 employees and 50 workers.

It is a family business where close communication is important.
