As an Asbestos and Demolition Expert, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and legal removal of asbestos materials and the effective management of demolition projects. • You perform asbestos assessments and inventories to identify and document the presence of asbestos-containing materials.
• You will prepare plans for the safe removal of asbestos in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
• You will manage demolition projects and develop demolition plans that comply with environmental regulations and legal requirements.
• You ensure that all activities comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• You will carry out inspections and quality checks to verify that all processes are carried out correctly.
• You will prepare specifications for the supervision of demolition works to be carried out.

The company is a consultancy and engineering firm mainly specialised in soil investigation, soil remediation, environmental studies, asbestos and demolition inventories, energy studies and sustainable redevelopment and construction projects.

• You have a degree in a relevant discipline, such as environmental engineering, construction engineering, or a related field.
• Certification as an Asbestos and Demolition expert is an added value.
• You have knowledge of local and national laws and regulations related to asbestos removal and demolition.
• You are a strong communicator and have the ability to effectively coordinate and communicate with stakeholders.
