Banking and Insurance Officer

As a Banking and Insurance Officer, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Follow-up and guidance of customers in all their questions concerning insurance, loans and daily banking;
• Providing professional advice to individuals, SMEs and small self-employed people;
• Expanding the existing customer portfolio.

Our client is a banking and insurance office that has been established in the region for many years. To strengthen their customer service and support their current team, we are looking for a Banking and Insurance Officer.

As a Banking and Insurance Officer you are/will be:

• Diploma in economics or equivalent through experience;
• PCP certificate;
• Experience in a similar position;
• Knowledge of one of the pillars is sufficient, knowledge of several pillars is a big plus;
• Customer-oriented, professional and dedicated;
• Communicative, social and positive attitude;
• You can work autonomously and independently but you are also a team player.
