Claims Manager Insurance

As Insurance Claims Manager, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• The independent handling and management of claims files (car, fire, third party liability, varia, etc.);
• Ensuring the correct interpretation of damage reports (assessment of coverage, culpability and correctness) and the correct, rapid and efficient settlement of damage.
• You carry out all related administrative tasks correctly and on time;
• Ensuring a professional and thorough communication in the claim files with clients, insurance companies, experts, lawyers, ...

Our client is a relatively large insurance broker mainly specialised in transport, logistics and construction. For their production team, they are looking for motivated colleagues.

As an Insurance Claims Manager, you are/will be:

• Bachelor degree in Finance and Insurance or a Master's degree or equivalent through experience;
• Several years of experience in the sector is a plus but not a must;
• Administratively strong;
• Eager to learn and take initiative;
• Precise and accurate;
• Communicative and empathic;
• Customer-oriented;
• Collegial and flexible.
