As a Client Advisor Bookkeepers, you will work very independently from the Westerlo office. A total of three customer advisers are currently working all over Flanders, focusing on accountants. Naturally, you will be among all your fellow client advisers specialising in payroll, social insurance funds, etc. Our client aims to expand this team even further in the future.

Employers today very often work with bookkeepers in post-payroll processes and often ask them questions about social security and social legislation. It often happens that bookkeepers cannot provide answers to those questions and in this situation they can turn to you, the bookkeeper customer advisor. You assist bookkeepers with all their questions (by phone and in writing) and seek answers. In doing so, you call on your own knowledge or colleagues' expertise regarding social security and social legislation. Your goal is to answer your customer's questions within 24 hours. Every customer becomes your VIP! In total, you will find around 30 accountants within your client portfolio. This ensures that you can build a relationship with these people.

Finally, extensive training is also provided. Do you have a huge passion for all things social security and social legislation?

You will be fully immersed with our client in the first 4 months and have the chance to become an expert in this!
