Function
As Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for the following range of duties:
- Provide support to the other departments of the company in all their legal queries;
- Research and advise on local regulations;
- Drafting legal documents such as contracts etc.
- Monitor over legal risks for the company;
- Tracking changes within legislation;
- Provide legal support to colleagues on customer or external complaints;
- Monitoring money laundering crises;
- Oversee compliance with internal procedures and agreements.

Profile
As Legal Counsel, you are/have:
- Master's degree in Law or Bachelor's degree in Legal Practice;
- Accurate, punctual and quality-oriented;
- You work efficiently and according to the schedule you draw up yourself in function of priorities;
- Affinity with the finance sector is a big plus;
- Communicative and social;
- Knowledge of English (working language in the company);
- Knowledge of French (ability to read and understand documents);
- Knowledge of Dutch (the team is entirely Dutch-speaking).
