Your duties will be mainly advisory in nature :

• you will be responsible for drafting and reviewing all kinds of agreements / contracts (e.g. cooperation agreements, IT contracts, rental agreements...)
• you formulate opinions here that relate to the implementation of new legislation
• you answer corporate legal questions from the business
• you are responsible for the resolution of any disputes
