As a Corporate Finance Consultant, you will play an active role in collecting and analysing financial data to support the evaluation of specific cases. You will work closely with various teams within the organisation. Your main responsibilities include:

• Development of business plans
• Assisting in acquisition processes
• Performing business valuations
• Restructuring of financing

Our client is a medium-sized Accountancy firm with 3 branches. For their enthusiastic team, they are looking for a new colleague.

As a Corporate Finance Consultant, you are/have: 

• Bachelor's or master's degree in an economic field
• Affinity with digital tools and methods
• Understanding of financial concepts
• Good command of several languages (Dutch, French, English)
• Accurate and precise
• Team player with a practical attitude
