Insurance Advisor

As an Insurance Advisor for this independent office in the Wilrijk region, you will know how to fill your days with the following range of tasks:

• You will be the first point of contact for existing customers, both by phone and face-to-face.
• You will engage with customers to identify their insurance needs.
• Besides existing customers, you will also talk to new customers. During this conversation, you naturally try to convince them by offering the right insurance tailored to their needs.
• You will become one of the private insurance experts within the firm.
• When necessary, you support the claims management expert.

In other words, you will help maintain and further expand the portfolio. In doing so, you focus mainly on private insurance BOAR.

As an Insurance Adviser, you know yourself by the following description:

• You obtained a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
• You can ideally fall back on a first experience within insurance. Do you know how to convince us of your passion for insurance apart from experience? Then be sure to let us hear from you too.
• You have an edge if you hold the necessary certificates to start working in insurance.
• You are fluent with various digital tools, knowledge of Brio is a plus.
• You know how to express yourself fluently in Dutch, knowledge of English and French is always useful.
• You are commercially minded.

We are currently looking for an Insurance Advisor for an independent insurance agency in the Wilrijk region. Together with the banking section, you will join a team of about 7 people. The combination of banking and insurance allows them to fully unburden and service their customers at all crucial moments in their lives. In this office, you can work completely independently and you will also get a lot of space to fill your role. On the other hand, you can of course always fall back on the office managers when needed.
