For this vacancy as a design architect in Kortrijk, your tasks will be as follows:

• You will design from the preliminary design to the execution file according to the client's needs.
• As a design architect, you take external studies and regulations into account.
• You use Autocad, Revit & Vectorworks.
• As a design architect, you are responsible for your dossier from A to Z.

Our client is a dynamic architectural firm that is active in the realisation of larger residential projects and commercial real estate on a high-end level.

Today, they employ 18 people who are responsible for the daily follow-up and design of projects.

Their projects are located on the coast and throughout Flanders.

For this vacancy as a design architect in the Kortrijk region, I am looking for the following profile:

• You have a master's degree in architecture.
• Preferably you already have 5 to 10 years of experience.
• As a design architect, you have a creative mind and attach great importance to quality.
• You have strong technical knowledge.
• You have knowledge of Autocad, Revit, Vectorworks, Ms Office, Photoshop and SketchUp.
