Project Manager

The Project Manager should act as "internal owner" regarding his projects.

In order to assume this responsibility, he has to act as an internal "spoc". From this position, he calculates, organises and controls the complete realisation of the project.

• Calculation of all costs and margin.
• Monitor budget in case of changes in the project.
• Drive development from concept to technical implementation plan.
• Continuous collection of "all" and the "correct" info from account manager, purchasing department, production ed.
• Scheduling of work supervisors and construction crews in consultation with planner.
• Organising cooperation with local people and/or subcontractors.
• Organisation of logistics at home and abroad. (Transports - hotels - forklifts - on-site services).
• Monitor time limits and quality of execution.
• Checking invoices and employee performance sheets.
• Provide feedback to achieve correct billing.
• Organising post-calculation and passing on any areas for improvement to various departments.

Technical visualisation of the project using Autocad is a great advantage.
