• You will proactively manage a client portfolio of Priority customers via video conference.
• You prospect new Priority banking Exclusive customers both within and outside your portfolio.
• You are responsible for results and customer satisfaction within your portfolio
• You will be responsible for following up on all contact opportunities.
• You are the first point of contact for all your customers and call on the many experts around you to help your customers through a global approach.
• You are co-responsible with the Insurance Expert for equipping and servicing your Priority customers within the Life and Non-Life domain and provide him/her with the necessary leads to this end.
• You will pursue partnerships with the branch network, Private Banking by James, the EBC's Bank Insurance Advisors colleagues, Entrepreneur Bank, Wealth in an atmosphere of 'One team to the customer'.

As an external partner, we take care of the orientation for BNP Paribas Fortis. During a (digital) conversation, we then look at which offices correspond with your expectations and/or specialisation.

Good news as the Easy banking centre, more specifically the Turnhout site, is looking for a new colleague to take up the role of Advisor Priority by James.

From the Easy banking centre, our staff provide the same service as in our branches, both in terms of banking and insurance. Thousands of customers are assisted and advised by them every day by video conference, telephone, chat, e-mail, etc. As the financial world never stands still and our customers want us to be available "almost" all the time, the Easy banking centre is available on weekdays from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. and on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (also on bank holidays).

• You are an ambassador of remote operation and all digital tools.
• You cope well with a world in change and adapt easily.
• You are commercially minded with a focus on compliant advice and long-term customer satisfaction
• You can adapt well to any customer profile and therefore follow RIO value selling training
• You have a keen interest in the domain of investment and pass the internal certification.
• You have a keen interest in succession planning, pension approach, taxation et al.
• You already have (basic) knowledge in the areas of protecting, lending and daily banking ...
• You are collaborative and manage your client portfolio autonomously like a true entrepreneur.
• You are proactive and take a planned and structured approach.
