As a customer advisor, you are the first point of contact for our customers. You are a commercial all-rounder with basic knowledge of all banking fields.

Through your customer-friendly reception and service, you strive to detect opportunities through pro- and reactive approach, to further develop the daily banking and to refer to colleagues experts.

In addition, you can also man the info point and provide customers with digital support where needed.

In time, it is possible to specialise within 1 domain of your choice.

For our client, a major bank, we are currently looking for a Customer Advisor. You will be joining an established company in the region that is known for its excellent customer service. The office has a flat structure and commercial drive and team spirit are key.

• Experience in the financial sector is a plus but certainly not a must.
• You have a keen interest in financial products.
• You are a real team player but can also show the necessary autonomy.
• You are dynamic and communicative.
• You are fluent in digital applications.
