Commercial Assistant Banking

The commercial assistant position in the Mechelen area involves full-time employment of 37 hours to 40 hours per week, with hours from 8.45am to 5pm. One out of 3 Saturday mornings you will work from 9am to 12.30pm. These hours will be compensated on Wednesday afternoons in the form of recup.

Our client invests in its employees and aims to build long-term relationships. As a new employee, you will therefore immediately receive a permanent contract from our client.

The financial picture:

• A gross monthly salary depending on your relevant work experience.
• In addition, there is a monthly bonus (personal and team-related).
• Net fee.

• End-of-year bonus.
• Meal vouchers of €8 per day worked.
• 36 leave days per year that can be taken freely, after mutual agreement with colleagues (20 statutory leave days , paid 7 adv days and 9- some collective leave days).

Our client's application process is very smooth. Two interviews (one digital and one physical) are scheduled within max 2 weeks. Two positive interviews are followed by a salary proposal by email.

We are currently looking for a Commercial Banking Assistant for our office in the Mechelen area.

At our client, as a commercial employee, you will be responsible for the further expansion of the office's client portfolio. To this end, you will use your commercial flair and try to convince clients to make use of our client's extensive range of products and services.

However, you will not be left to your own devices. Before flying in, you will enjoy theoretical training, during which you will gain knowledge about the different products and services. Then you will also have an internship, so that you can experience the practical side of the job. After the training, you will be deployed as a commercial employee and help to make your office a success story!

You will start at the counter, where you will also have to take on day-to-day tasks such as answering customers, following up e-mails, etc., in combination with sales. Once you have acquired a taste for the job and have fully mastered it, you will be able to progress to the position of account manager if you have the ambition.
