Technical Sales Coordinator Software

As Technical Sales Coordinator, you play a key role within our team. You are the connecting factor between our sales colleagues, customers and the technical teams. You supervise projects related to software and payment systems for our EV Chargers, Carwash systems and mobile applications, among others. Here, you use tools such as JIRA and Confluence to ensure smooth communication and project progress. You also ensure that new requirements for developers are clearly defined.

In this role, you are not only a coordinator but also actively involved in selling our innovative payment systems. You will approach potential customers, build strong relationships and know how to turn their needs into appropriate solutions.

• Participation in weekly sprint reviews and daily stand-up meetings with the engineers.
• Attend monthly service meetings and follow up on action points.
• Provide technical support to sales colleagues during customer meetings.
• Be first point of contact for clients during the project phase.

• You are able to take a project to the next level.
• Excellent command of Dutch and English.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence (a plus).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
• Strong organisational skills and commercial attitude.
• You work in a structured way, take initiative and are result-oriented.
