Function
As an expert in high-tech curing and dispensing automation, you will be responsible for leading the Curing & Dispensing activities within the organisation, both technically and commercially.
Your duties will include a wide range of varied and challenging activities:
- Together with colleagues's and supplier technicians, you will select and develop the optimal UV curing and dispensing equipment for our customers. You will be involved in the assembly and delivery of these machines, together with our technical team.
- You proactively liaise with customers and prospects to identify new needs and opportunities and sell new solutions. You take initiatives to increase company sales.
- You will contribute to the development of the dispensing equipment range. This includes researching the market for the best technologies and maintaining and expanding the supplier network for dispensing technology.
- You actively contribute to achieving the organisation's quality and environmental objectives. As an employee in an ISO9001 and ISO14001 certified environment, you work according to these principles. You take initiatives to continuously improve quality and reduce environmental impact.
Profile
-You have a technical education with preference for specialisation in Electromechanics (higher education).
-You preferably have initial experience in a technical-industrial environment.
-You have commercial talents that you smoothly combine with your technical knowledge.
-You speak good Dutch and English.
-You have an eye for detail. Striving for quality is second nature.
