Bookkeeper A-Z

As an experienced Bookkeeper A-Z at our organisation, you will be a crucial part of the team. You will be responsible for a wide range of accounting tasks and ensure the accuracy of financial records. Your duties will include the following:

• Processing and entry of purchase and sales invoices and financial transactions via account extracts (CODA).
• Preparing and executing payments via the Isabel payment system.
• Regular checking of outstanding items and sending payment reminders.
• Management of bank guarantees including applications and termination.
• Financial control of subcontractors.
• Responsible for monthly VAT returns.
• Preparing monthly and annual closures.
• Communication with external accounting firms and auditors.
• Monthly reporting and statement of financial information.
• Analyse and allocate costs and revenues.

To be successful in this role in the Arendonk region, we expect the following from you:

• Higher education in a financial or economic field.
• You can count on extensive experience in general accounting tasks, knowledge of reporting is useful.
• Excellent command of Excel; experience with Navision is an advantage.
• Analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and have a proactive attitude.
• Stress resistance.
• Excellent knowledge of the Dutch language. Command of French and English is a plus.
