Project Manager

As Project Manager, you will be responsible from A to Z for various infrastructure projects. Below is a sample of your tasks:

• Your projects are situated in both the private and public markets in implementing customised infrastructure, especially with a focus on
• road construction, sewerage, environmental construction, water management, earthmoving, piping and greenery.
• You manage the use of materials and control supplies.
• You ensure daily monitoring of the progress and staffing of the sites.
• You will prepare project progress reports.
• You pay constant attention to quality and safety.
• You consult frequently with all stakeholders involved and lead weekly site meetings.
• You maintain a total overview of the projects with the corresponding follow-up of site administration.

As a Project Manager, you can largely tick off the requirements below:

• You have a degree in civil engineering, industrial engineering option construction engineering or are equivalent through experience.
• You have previous experience as a project engineer, project leader or project manager in the construction industry, preferably road construction.
• You are incorruptible, loyal, accurate, results-oriented, quality-oriented and above all customer-oriented.
• You are a communicative talent and commercially minded.
• You possess a natural talent for organisation and are both a motivator and a support to your project team.
• You speak very good Dutch. Knowledge of French and/or English is a strong plus.

You will join a stable company that has been around since 1985. They specialise in roadworks and infrastructure projects. They work largely for the public sector, but also carry out private works. There are now around 30 employees. To support their team, they are currently looking for a Project Manager Road Construction.
