Work Planner
Function
At our client’s company, a leading specialist in high-quality plastic components, the Production Planner plays a crucial role in the production process. As a key figure in the CNC department, you will coordinate the planning for a team of around 20 staff and ensure that both machinery and materials are utilised to their full potential. You will work closely with the inside sales and technical teams to ensure customer-focused solutions and help drive the transition from traditional to digital planning systems. You maintain planning schedules, make any necessary urgent adjustments and ensure that raw materials are ordered in good time. The ultimate aim is to guarantee a seamless production flow, even in a dynamic and deadline-driven environment.
Profile
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience in a similar role, preferably within a CNC environment.
- Knowledge of and experience with digital planning systems.
- A technical qualification at graduate or bachelor’s level. If the candidate has relevant specialist experience, an A2 qualification is sufficient.
- Targeted problem-solving skills and a high tolerance for stress.
- Strong communication skills to build bridges between teams and with customers.
- The flexibility to deal with disruptions and adapt quickly where necessary.

Our client is an important and growing world player in the production of high quality plastic parts. They are an ISO certified dynamic SME with 50 employees in full expansion, specialised in pressing, turning and milling of high quality plastics. Their customers are to be found in the automotive, aerospace, chemical, pharmaceutical and food industries. Thanks to their high-tech precision machines, they can supply custom-engineered parts as well as standard parts.

This role offers:
- A competitive gross monthly salary.
- A 39-hour working week with 6 additional time-off days.
- Opening hours are from 7.30 am to 4.00 pm Monday to Thursday, and until 3.00 pm on Fridays.
