Work Planner
Function
Are you the link between ideas and implementation? As a work planner in this innovative environment in Aarschot, you will be responsible for:
- Translating creative building concepts into detailed construction plans.
- As soon as a project is sold, you take charge of the process and ensure that the preparatory work runs smoothly.
- You will be responsible for everything from taking measurements on site to drawing up implementation plans in AutoCAD 2D.
- You will work closely with project managers, buyers and clients to select the right materials, finalise technical drawings and ensure everything is perfectly prepared.
- Thanks to your architectural expertise, you ensure that every project gets off to an efficient start. Here, you can fully utilise your attention to detail, analytical skills and creative thinking in a warm and supportive working environment.
Profile
Are you technically skilled, a strong communicator and ready for a dynamic role? We are looking for a proactive work planner with an eye for detail and broad construction expertise. Ideally, you will have:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering, architecture or a related field.
- Relevant experience as a work planner. (Please note: Unfortunately, recent graduates are not eligible.)
- Excellent ability to read, interpret and draw up building plans.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D.
- Extensive knowledge of building materials and their applications.
- An analytical and structured approach to work.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
- The ability to maintain an overview of complex cases and to contribute ideas proactively.
