Work planner/planner

Function

• You will act as a liaison between the sales, design and production departments.
• You will support managers in streamlining and scheduling production activities.
• You translate sold projects and tenders into clear, executable schedules and adjust them where necessary.
• You prepare all necessary documentation so that the production process runs efficiently.
• You will arrange the procurement of supplies and monitor the process from order to processing in the ERP system.
• You are the point of contact for customers on deliveries and technical details, and coordinate with logistics on this.
• Thanks to your organised approach and communication skills, you ensure a smooth translation of commercial goals to production.

Profile

• You have demonstrable experience as a work planner, planner or similar role within a production environment, preferably related to construction or industry.
• You have good technical insight and can read and understand working drawings and planning with ease.
• You are strong at organising, prioritising and know how to deal flexibly with changing circumstances.
• You are solution-oriented and keep an overview, even under time pressure.
• You work fluently with MS Office; experience with ERP systems (such as Odoo) is included.
• You communicate clearly, can switch between different interlocutors and have a command of French and English in addition to Dutch.
