Transport planner

Function

• Coordinating and planning transport assignments (mainly BeNeLux)
• Assign assignments to drivers and subcontractors.
• Managing and supporting drivers and transport partners.
• Tracking transports and responding quickly to changes or problems.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments for smooth logistics operations.
• Ensure correct recording and administrative follow-up of transport orders.
• Manage administrative tasks such as invoicing, training, fleet management and Code 95 follow-up.

• You are driven, ambitious and take a proactive, hands-on approach.
• You are a real team player with strong communication and social skills.
• You take responsibility and remain stress-resistant, even in a dynamic and busy environment.
• You are flexible, do not have a 9-to-5 mentality and are willing to take turns on standby for colleagues on the road.
• You have strong planning skills and think along with solutions and efficiency improvements, including last-minute changes.
