Technical Services Planner

Function

As a Technical Services Work Planner, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing and planning maintenance, repair and improvement works.
• Drawing up clear work orders, work instructions and technical documentation.
• Analysing technical requests and determining the necessary materials, components and resources.
• Creating and managing bills of materials (BOMs).
• Managing and updating technical diagrams, plans, manuals and documentation.
• Monitoring work orders within the maintenance management system and ensuring they are processed correctly.
• Coordinating the availability of materials, spare parts and tools.
• Managing the technical store and ensuring optimal stock levels.
• Supporting technical improvement projects and contributing to the further optimisation of maintenance processes.
• Ensuring that the work is carried out safely, to a high standard and efficiently.
• Processing digital orders and maintaining smooth communication with internal departments.

Profile

• You have a technical qualification or equivalent experience.
• You have a good knowledge of mechanics, electrical engineering or industrial systems.
• You are able to interpret technical drawings, diagrams and documentation with ease.
• Experience with a maintenance management system and/or AutoCAD would be an advantage.
• You speak Dutch fluently and have a good knowledge of English.
• You work in a structured and meticulous manner and have strong organisational skills.
• You have strong administrative skills and an eye for detail.
• You are keen to learn and open to further training.
• You enjoy working as part of a team and taking on responsibility within a technical team.
