Technical Inside Sales HVAC

Function

Are you technically inclined and curious about the world of HVAC and air handling systems? Do you enjoy working with customers, technical files and working out solutions? For a leading player in the HVAC sector, we are looking for a Technical Inside Sales Engineer HVAC.

Within this varied indoor sales function, you will be the point of contact for customers and colleagues for technical support and commercial follow-up of HVAC projects.

Your duties will include:

• Analysing price requests, specifications and technical specifications;
• Selection of suitable air handling units and fans based on customer needs;
• Preparation of clear quotes for clients and study agencies;
• Follow up and if necessary adjust ongoing offers in cooperation with the sales team;
• Maintain technical and commercial telephone contact with customers, suppliers and colleagues;
• Processing orders by phone or e-mail and preparing draft orders for logistical processing.

Profile

We are looking for someone with a technical background and commercial feel.

• Bachelor of electromechanics, air conditioning, energy technology or equivalent experience;
• Experience within HVAC or a technical sales role is a plus;
• Basic knowledge of the Mollier diagram is a plus;
• Fluent in Dutch and at least a basic of English and French;
• You enjoy working with various software and computers;
• Analytical minded, communicative and customer-oriented.
