Technical Inside Sales – Heat Pumps

Function

As Technical Inside Sales – Heat Pumps You’ll be a key link between customers, suppliers and your colleagues. You’ll be trained step by step to become a technical specialist in the heat pump range and learn how to translate technical queries into clear, accurate and commercially sound proposals.

In this role, you will combine technical insight with customer-focused communication. You will support the sales team from the office, contribute ideas on the right solution and ensure that enquiries are dealt with efficiently and professionally.

• You select heat pump systems based on the customer’s requirements and the technical specifications.
• You will draw up and check quotations to ensure that they are accurate and clear.
• You will answer enquiries from colleagues, customers and suppliers by telephone and email.
• You will develop expertise within the product range and share relevant information with the team.
• You will monitor technical files and commercial enquiries closely.
• After your induction period, you will also be able to support customers in the field, if necessary.
• You’ll contribute ideas on how to improve processes, customer engagement and internal collaboration.

You’ll be working in an environment with short lines of communication, clear processes and high-quality tools. There’s scope to learn, take the initiative and gradually take on more responsibility.

Profile

For this role, we are looking for someone with a keen interest in technology and the motivation to develop into an expert in heat pumps. You do not need to have years of experience; a solid foundation, a willingness to learn and a hands-on approach are just as important.

• You have a bachelor’s degree in a technical subject or equivalent experience.
• You have 0 to 3 years’ experience, or you are a motivated graduate with an interest in technology.
• You’re fascinated by refrigeration, plumbing or heating.
• You have an analytical mind and are able to translate technical information into clear solutions.
• You communicate fluently in Dutch.
• You’re confident enough to speak French and are keen to improve your skills in this area.
• You enjoy working independently, but also function well in a team.
• You are hands-on, meticulous and keen to learn.
• You feel at ease when interacting with customers, colleagues and suppliers.
