Technical draughtsman – BIM modeller

Function

• Production of detailed 2D drawings and 3D models based on point cloud data and surveying measurements.
• Converting measurement results into clear, easy-to-read technical drawings and intelligent models in Revit.
• Checking, preparing and finalising drawings for handover to clients.
• Proactively contributing ideas on how to improve the design process and helping to optimise workflows.
• Occasional site visits to gather additional context or carry out quality checks form part of the role.

Profile

• You are familiar with Revit and AutoCAD and have experience of processing point clouds (e.g. using Recap, Navisworks or similar tools).
• You have a background in civil engineering, architecture, surveying or another technical discipline.
• Quality, precision and an eye for detail are second nature to you.
• You work independently, but you’re also able to fit in well within a close-knit team.
• You’re keen to learn and take a proactive approach to working with the team and the client.
