Job description

• You will be responsible for detailing and designing steel structures.
• You create workhouse drawings in such a smart way that production pieces are easy to assemble.
• In your role as "Technical Draftsman", you will make the perfect translation from 2D to 3D based on plans, sketches, notes and technical specifications.
• You will work on projects from A to Z and report to the departmental manager of the drawing office.
• You will assist our assembly teams on a daily basis so that the designed structures could be assembled correctly and accurately.
• Limited price requests are also part of the remit.
• Your analytical insight and structured accuracy ensure that all designs can be put into production on time.

Profile

Profile

• You have a technical degree and at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• You have an affinity with the steel sector.
• You have strong spatial insight and are familiar with the principles of technical drawing.
• Experience in 3D drawing with Tekla Structure is a must. Knowledge of Autocad is strongly recommended.
• You are strong in organisation, planning, structure and setting priorities within a strict time frame.
• You are stress resistant and flexible.
• Type B driving licence
• You speak and write Dutch fluently and have a good basic knowledge of French and English.
