Technical Draughtsman
Function
As a technical draftsman, you will be responsible for developing and optimising technical designs. You work closely with both clients and the workshop to come up with the best solutions.
You will be responsible for:
- Preparation of technical drawings in SolidWorks (±80% of your time)
- Discuss and coordinate designs with the studio
- Liaising with customers on technical specifications
- Ordering materials and following up administrative processes (±20%)
- Thinking along on optimisations and improvements in design and production
Profile
- You have technical training or equivalent experience
- You have experience with SolidWorks or similar drawing programmes
- You work accurately and in a structured way
- You are communicative and can switch smoothly between different stakeholders
- You have a hands-on mentality and think solution-oriented
