Technical Commercial Freelancer

Function

• You proactively look for new customers within the food sector (bakers, butchers, chocolatiers, etc.) and know how to recognise professional opportunities.
• You listen to customer requirements and translate them into a creative and functional design.
• You will work on a variety of projects: from an individual customised cooling eye to a complete shop renovation.
• You supervise the commercial process from A to Z and know how to convincingly present and sell the project to the customer.
• After the sale, you take care of the technical elaboration through detailed execution drawings.
• You prospect in the Northern France region or in Limburg or Brussels

Profile

• You are an independent interior designer(s) with ambition to expand your network and client base.
• You are not afraid of prospecting and networking; you spot commercial opportunities immediately.
• You have an affinity for shop design and understand the dynamics of a fresh food shop.
• You have a strong attitude: entrepreneurial, customer-oriented and communicative.
• You have technical knowledge to work out accurate plans and drawings.
• You speak and write fluent Dutch.
• If you can work with Vectorworks, this is a plus.

Organisation

A specialised company designs, produces and installs customised interiors and refrigeration systems for bakers, butchers, caterers, ... The entire process - from interior design, in-house production in modern workshops, technical provisions (electricity, air conditioning, lighting, cooling), to professional installation and finishing on site - is carried out by a single team. Project coordination, planning and communication are in the hands of a permanent project manager, who ensures correct timing and budget monitoring.
