Teamlead Production

Function

As Teamlead Production in Halle (VLAB, BE), you play a crucial role in the daily production process within our shifts. You lead a team of 20-25 operators within a three-shift system and ensure efficient and safe production of high-quality corrugated packaging. You are responsible for organising, coordinating and optimising production activities, with a strong focus on quality, safety and innovation. You also work closely with other team leaders and communicate directly with the production director. It is your job to foster a culture of continuous improvement and contribute to a positive atmosphere on the shop floor.

Profile

For this challenging position, we are looking for a results-oriented and committed leader with at least 3-5 years' experience in a leadership role within the manufacturing or industrial sector. In addition, we require:

• A diploma at secondary school level or higher (a bachelor's degree is a plus).
• Willingness to work alternating shifts (early, late and daytime hours).
• Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities.
• A hands-on mentality and commitment to the workplace.
• Stress-resistance and solution-oriented attitude.
• Knowledge of lean management, 5S methodology or similar process improvements.
• Good command of Dutch and French (English is an advantage).
