Team coach Distribution Kortenberg

Function

As Team Coach Distribution, you will be responsible for the day-to-day activities of the Distribution department. Together with your team of 28 drivers and 5 dispatchers, you ensure that medicines and other pharmaceutical products are delivered smoothly to our customers, the pharmacies, up to 3 times a day.

• You ensure flawless planning, supervise and coach the drivers as well as the inside sales staff of the Distribution department in performing their jobs.
• You coordinate the administrative follow-up of your team, by, among other things, checking daily records, mileage covered, cleanliness of the fleet, ...
• You make quality a priority: you check procedures, monitor order and cleanliness on the shop floor, and implement the requirements of internal and external quality audits.
• You strive to provide outstanding service to our customers every day.
• You monitor KPIs and take targeted action to meet targets.
• You look for and implement improvements such as e.g. round reform.
• You will report directly to the Teamleader Distribution.

Profile

As a team coach, you manage to enthuse, coach and elevate your assistant team coaches above themselves. Leading by example and growth of people are central to your approach.

• You are an experienced people manager who strongly believes in coaching and leading by example.
• You have an organised, accurate and hands-on way of working, with an eye for safety, and can set priorities and take decisions with ease.
• You are analytical and results-oriented. Knowledge of PowerBI is an asset.
• You are communicatively strong and think problem-solving. Can things be done better? Then we really want to hear from you.
• You have a healthy dose of entrepreneurial spirit and a can-do attitude.
• Moreover, do you have a good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)? Then you are the person we are looking for!
