Warehouse team coach

Function

As a future Warehouse Team Coach at our client, you will be responsible for the following range of tasks:

• You will work closely with the team leader who will train you and may succeed you in a few years' time
• You will be responsible for coaching, helping, conducting evaluation interviews of the order pickers and drivers
• You help where necessary and intervene when you see things going wrong
• You will work in a flexible shift system where you will be involved in the preparation and distribution of orders

Profile

As a future Team Coach Warehouse, you recognise yourself in the following competences:

• You have had your first work experience in a warehouse environment or have completed and education in logistics
• You have people skills and the courage to lead, name issues and take decisions
• You have the ambition to progress to Teamleader
• You are good with a computer
• You can express yourself professionally in Dutch and English
• You are a directing and leadership type, not too introverted and ambitious
• Experience in a coaching role as a dispatcher, team leader or branch manager is a plus
• You are flexible and willing to work shifts and a few Saturday mornings (max 10) per year
