Surveyor technical measurements

Function

As experienced Surveyor technical measurements, you will work from Kontich and bear responsibility for a wide range of technical and legal surveying projects. You will be the point of contact for clients such as private individuals, notaries and utilities, and provides support to junior colleagues within the team. This includes a variety of tasks such as Survey and delineation of plot boundaries, performing measurements, requesting allotment permitn, submitting environmental permits, and the meticulous management of files from A to Z. In addition, you will closely monitor legal correctness and quality throughout the entire process, and contribute to the team by coaching and mentoring younger colleagues.

Profile

To be considered for this position, you possess the following qualities:

• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in legal surveying.
• Thorough knowledge of cadastral procedures, plot law, subdivision and basic deeds.
• Accurate, organised and strong in file management; legal correctness is an obvious trait.
• Excellent communication skills, both with individuals and professionals such as notaries.
• Solution-oriented, independent and a team player at the same time.
• Availability of a valid driving licence B.
• A great enthusiasm to work on projects with commitment.
