Supervisor

Function

As a Supervisor, you manage the day-to-day operations relating to lifts, escalators and automatic doors. You are responsible for the planning, follow-up and guidance of the technical teams.

• You coordinate maintenance, modernisation and intervention works and monitor the progress, quality and safety of activities.
• You translate the planning into a feasible work distribution and coordinate with technicians, clients, subcontractors and internal contacts.
• You monitor activities on site, oversee safety and quality procedures and intervene when necessary.
• You support technicians with technical challenges and help to analyse and resolve problems.
• You monitor working hours, materials, additional works and project progress, and ensure accurate reporting.
• You guide and motivate employees, provide feedback and encourage good collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team.

Profile

For this role we are looking for a technically skilled and organisationally strong candidate who enjoys taking responsibility.

• You have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a technical, operational or managerial environment. Experience in installation, maintenance, infrastructure or building techniques is an advantage.
• You have a technical qualification or equivalent experience and are able to correctly interpret technical plans, work orders and safety regulations.
• You are highly organised, set priorities and maintain an overview when multiple assignments run simultaneously.
• You communicate smoothly and respectfully with technicians, clients and external partners, and know how to align different parties.
• You work accurately, take responsibility and place great importance on safety and quality.
• You are open to training and further development within an evolving technical environment.
