SME Account Manager
Function
Customers are counting on you!
- You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our SME clients and their insurance portfolios;
- You will discuss and negotiate with insurers to arrive at suitable, competitive solutions;
- You will process policies and quotations and take care of everything for the customer from start to finish;
- For complex cases, please consult our account managers, claims handlers, etc.
- You will report internally to management;
Profile
Who are you?
You’re a dynamic and energetic person, and you’re passionate about insurance!
- You have at least a bachelor's degree in insurance (or similar work experience in the insurance sector).
- You are a team player, but you can also work independently.
- You work fluently with the computer & management package.
- You have a good command of Dutch; knowledge of French is an advantage.
Organisation
Where will you end up?
Our client started out as a family business and has now been operating in the insurance sector for 35 years. They are an independent insurance broker specialising in commercial and transport insurance. Their team now comprises 30 staff members, and we have become an established name in the sector. Joining them means becoming part of an enthusiastic and dynamic team of experts in their field.
In addition, their clients can, of course, also draw on their expertise when it comes to private insurance packages and protecting their families.
They also provide advice on prevention and help their clients manage their risks as effectively as possible, so that they can focus fully on the further development of their businesses.
They now have three offices: in Hasselt, Aartselaar and Zandhoven.
