- With the support of an experienced estimating department, you will have a strong foundation to follow up projects to perfection.
- In both renovation and new construction projects, you will learn on the job and take on more and more responsibility.

Who are you?
- Possessing a bachelor's degree in a construction discipline is a must; initial experience in the sector is a nice touch, but not a requirement.
- Forward thinking and decisive action characterise your approach.
- Customer-friendliness and strong communication skills come naturally to you - subcontractors and architects can count on clear agreements.
- A born leader, you know how to motivate colleagues and get the best out of everyone.
- A fluent knowledge of Dutch is essential, as the projects for 95% are Dutch-speaking.
- Accuracy, commitment and sense of initiative characterise your work ethic.
- Flexibility along both sides is highly appreciated; daily in the office unless the schedule demands otherwise.
