Site Manager Chape

Function

As Site Manager Chape You are the driving force behind the successful delivery of projects. Our client, an expert in screed, concrete floors and floor insulation, works on a wide range of projects: from small private commissions to multi-million investments, such as terraces and prisons. You will take the lead and coordinate the sites. Your role is varied and challenging, with your technical knowledge and leadership skills playing a crucial part.

Your responsibilities:

• Quality control of the work delivered.
• Supervision to ensure that the work carried out complies with the contract.
• Monitor implementation plans and provide the necessary advice to site personnel.
• Coordination between planners, preparers and the site team, to ensure that all resources are available in good time.
• Communicating with clients, project managers and other stakeholders regarding progress and requirements.
• Monitoring work procedures and safety.
• Prepare the documentation and make all the necessary arrangements to ensure the site is handed over without a hitch.

Profile

We are looking for a Site Manager Chape with a passion for technology, who enjoys taking on responsibility and is keen to get stuck in. Although experience in the sector is an advantage, you are above all driven to learn and expand your technical knowledge.

• You are meticulous, quality-conscious and have a problem-solving mindset.
• You have a good understanding of technical matters and are keen to keep learning.
• Leadership doesn’t put you off; you know how to motivate and guide a team.
• Customer focus: you are often the first point of contact and an ambassador for the company.
• You are able to work independently and proactively.
• You are fluent in Dutch and have a basic knowledge of French.
• A VCA certificate or a willingness to obtain one.
• A Category B driving licence is required.
• An interest in the construction sector is an advantage, but in-house training is provided to ensure you are fully up to speed.
