Site Manager Electricity

Function

Are you a born leader with a passion for electricity and experience in site management? As an Electrical Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in the execution of our electrical installation projects in offices, WZCs, student dormitories, schools and industrial environments. You will depart daily from Ypres (maximum 45-minute drive to the site) and work closely with the project manager to ensure flawless execution. You will organise, plan and manage a team of six employees, as well as working hands-on on site yourself. You focus on quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction, and are the link between the client, the architect and the design office. You do all this in a dynamic SME environment where innovation and craftsmanship go hand in hand.

Profile

To be considered for this position, you will meet the following criteria:

• You have an electrical degree or are equivalent through relevant practical experience.
• Minimum 5-10 years' experience within electrical projects of which ideally some have already been in a leadership role.
• You are adept at processing and converting technical data (such as plans, board diagrams and technical drawings) into concrete objectives for your team members.
• Experience with medium voltage is a plus, but not essential.
• You have a healthy mix of technical expertise, organisational skills and a hands-on mentality.
• You have a strong sense of responsibility and a keen eye for safety and quality.
• Customer satisfaction is a priority for you, and you strive for perfection in every project.
• You can express yourself at least well enough in French to communicate functionally.

Our client is an SME (30 or so employees) specialised in the qualitative elaboration of tertiary and industrial electrical projects: general electrical works, data cabling, security techniques, care call systems, home automation, charging stations, renewable energy (PV installations, batteries) and medium voltage.
