Are you an enthusiastic problem solver with construction itch in your fingers? Our client is looking for an enthusiastic aspiring Site Manager who, after more than adequate training, will take on the daily management, organisation and coordination of one or more construction sites. As a crucial link in the construction process, you will ensure that everything runs smoothly, from the initial design to the final finishing details. Be part of a leading Class 7 contractor specialising in industrial construction and work on challenging turnkey projects in various sectors, such as food, manufacturing and automotive. You will be the glue that holds construction teams, suppliers and clients together!

Profile

What do we expect from you? Here comes the list:

• You have a degree in a relevant technical field. Bachelor Construction students will feel right at home. Or if you have demonstrable experience in a similar role you will also be considered
• 0-3 years' experience in construction or project management, starters definitely welcome!
• You are a born planner with excellent organisational skills.
• Communication is your talent; you can switch effortlessly between teams and customers.
• Proactive, flexible and problem-solving are words that typify you.
• Knowledge of software such as MS Office and other construction-related tools is a plus.
• Starter? They have a super pathway to get to know the company from the gut and progress to site manager!
